1. The service
AniPixel provides online tools that turn uploaded images into pixel art using AI. Features include Pixelize conversion, free local utility tools (background cleanup and pixel scaling), pricing and credits, and account history. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use paid features and to keep generation history. Sign in with Google or a one-time email link. You are responsible for access to your email and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
3. Your uploads
You may upload JPG, PNG, or WEBP files up to 20MB unless a specific tool states a lower limit. You must own the image or have permission to use it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, depicts minors in a sexual context, or promotes violence or harassment.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant AniPixel a limited license to process uploads only to run the service, store results in your history, and deliver outputs to you.
4. AI outputs
Results are generated automatically and can vary in quality, style, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that output will match a prompt, preserve every detail, or be fit for a particular use. You may download and use outputs you generate, subject to any rights tied to your source material and to these terms.
5. Credits and payments
New accounts receive a small signup credit grant. After that, Pixelize generations cost credits. Credit packs and subscriptions are sold through Stripe. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms payment.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed when a generation starts unless we issue a refund for a failed job. Subscription benefits apply while your plan is active. You can cancel from Account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Upgrades charge a prorated difference and add a matching prorated credit delta after payment confirms; downgrades take effect on the next renewal. Prices and credit amounts may change; we will show current pricing on the site before you pay.
Refund requests for unused credits or billing mistakes are handled case by case and where required by law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension.
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering provider APIs, reselling access, bypassing credit limits, or submitting malware. Do not use AniPixel to create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people. We may review usage, throttle requests, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability
The site may go down for maintenance or third-party outages. We are not liable for delays, data loss beyond what we describe in the Privacy Policy, or changes that retire a feature.
8. Limitation of liability
AniPixel is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or issues arising from AI output or third-party services. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using AniPixel at any time. We may close or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
